This year I started what I hope will be a fun tradition to decorate the kids' rooms after they've gone to sleep so they'll wake up on their birthday to a festive surprise. Miss Em slept through the entire decoration process...on the floor.

What a fun tradition! I had to laugh because I read the first sentence and then looked down at the picture, taking in only the banner and the bed. Only after reading the second sentence did I realize that your daughter was actually lying on the floor sleeping. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love having an external flash! Makes it look so bright like it was morning instead of midnight. :) Since she's moved to her toddler bed we've been finding her frequently asleep on the floor all around the room. I assume she just rolls out as she's always been a thrasher when she sleeps and it doesn't seem to wake her up but I'm sure it can't be good for her. This week I put together a little side rail and so far it's been keeping her in bed. :)
